Involving people

It's vital to involve people/customers/clients in designing a service or product. I've spent many years working within the NHS to improve services, making sure voices are heard. I've trained with the Consultation Institute.

I teach NHS senior managers about engagement and consultation, leadership and communications to post graduate level, working with health communication guru John Underwood from the Centre for Health Communication Research and Buckinghamshire New University.

I offer bespoke training packages for organisations on involving people and communities as well as consultancy services.
